The problem may have begun when you were younger or perhaps later in life. Maybe you found some pornography in your home or at a friend’s house. Today, the Internet allows instant access to anything imaginable. And things not yet imagined. All without the demands of commitment or intimacy.

NOW THINGS ARE GETTING OUT OF CONTROL.

Some people drink to cope. Some turn to drugs. More and more people are turning to pornography to self-medicate.

Eventually, a quick five minutes watching videos can more morph into many hours. Time lost that could spent on being productive or doing things that are important to you.

Relationships, work and spiritual life are suffering. Partners wonder if they can measure up to the people in the videos with their great physiques and bedroom acrobatics. Feelings of anger and shame are redirected towards those we care about.

WHEN LIFE IS NO LONGER EFFECTIVE, CHANGE DIRECTION.

The good news is that there’s a new life and hope on the other side of this issue. The first and most difficult step is to admit that there’s a problem and that going down this highly destructive path just doesn’t work anymore.

Hope comes from a decision is to act. Working with a therapist who has experience helping those who struggle with this problem is the next step.

It is my personal mission to help individuals, couples, and families recover from the damage done by porn addiction. I am in this fight to help turn the tide and make a difference.
